We hope to bring some traditional culture to the mainland along with some twists. In our truck’s mission we strive to be eco-friendly, our bowls, cups, straws and utensils are all eco friendly, biodegradable, and compostable.

"We hired Makanalani’s Hawaiian Fusion for a recent Luau. Themed 60th birthday party for my husband. The food was amazing and they thought of everything! I realized I had more guests coming than anticipated and she brought fresh leis from Hawai’i for my extra guests! We even learned how to Hula! Our friends and family are still talking about how awesome our party was! We can’t wait to have another one!"
